Payment Method Changes Won't Save
I have a plan with auto-renew on, I am trying to change what bank account payment is taken from. When I change it and click update settings I receive the email confirmation, but when I check in the settings my card being listed as selected is still my old account. Any advice on how to fix this would be great.

I recommend turning your auto-renew off temporarily, this will give you the option to forget any saved payment methods. Here is a guide to help https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952717-updating-your-payment-method
