payment card expiry notification
i have had an email stating that my card is about to expire when it is clearly not by several years . after a totally fruitless half hour on chat i have got nowhere , is there any way to actually speak to a real person ?

Have you recently received a new debit card with an updated expiry? If so, you would have to update this on your SMARTY account. - Natalie

no i have not received a new card and the expiry date is 11/28 my wife has also had the same notification .

it appears that they have now taken another payment ! result ! but for who ?
