Yes, why do they make it impossible just to pay the bill?? I understand that it failed -- my fault, sorry. But why can't I just go pay it once that happens? Why do we have to spend a couple of hours fighting the chatbot and queuing just to pay? Surely this is what businesses want -- for customers to give them money? Can Smarty not facilitate my giving them money?
JillBog_2080315 Sorry, but we have no idea what happened to cause this problem because we are mere forum members and cannot access accounts.
If you are saying that you have not been able to change the method of payment in your account, then only Smarty Support can sort that for you.
