Parking Apps not working
Hi, since moving from EE to Smarty, none of my parking apps—such as RingGo and PayByPhone—are working. I’ve checked the APN settings and they appear correct (mob.asm.net). Could someone help me understand what might be causing this and how to resolve it?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. My problem is resolved. I had to disable Adult Filter for apps to work.

SachinB_4003436 When you are out and about, then the apps will need access to mobile data in order to work properly. Can you check on your phone to see that this has not been inadvertently turned off?
Is it just in one place or multiple? If it's one place, could be that there is no Smarty signal just there.
