PAC number transfer
Why hasnt my number been transfered over from 3 to my smarty account ? I entered my PAC code when i registered with smarty on the 27/04/23. Please someone from smarty contact me to let me know whats going on.

Hi martinm_2012380 . When you completed the request, weren't you given a transfer date? Please see this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/7019273-keeping-your-number#h_9f771a768d
As Tascha says, transfers do not happen over weekends or bank holidays. If it was quite late on 27/04 when you completed the request, I'm guessing that it would perhaps count as 28/04 and the next business day would therefore be 02/05.
