Are you saying you successfully brought your number to Smarty 10 months ago, and now it's not working? If so, what exactly is happening?
SmartyTrousers johncha_2516112 Is it that the calls and texts no longer work? If so, this could be linked to the phone not being supported by Smarty VoLTE protocol after the turn off of 3G.
