Hi 

how long does it take to transfer a number 

I sent my pac code 5 days ago.

    You should've received an email message from SMARTY shortly after submitting your PAC, which would've confirmed the transfer date (to SMARTY) for the number you wanted to keep.

    Did you get this message from SMARTY StuartS_1983842?

    Recently, it appears that PAC submissions have been accepted by SMARTY without them setting a transfer date - maybe your request has fallen into this category StuartS_1983842.

    You'll need to use web chat to ask SMARTY to look at your account and your PAC submission.
