Pac Code

Hi,  I have changed  my contract to another provider .  I would like to keep my old number.  my smarty account has been closed.  can you provide me with a PAC code for my old number?

    CarolMar_878650​  It is as MichaelP​ says.

    For future reference though, you should request a PAC code from the existing supplier and give it to the new supplier, who will then arrange the transfer and this should close off the old account as there will no longer be a number associated with it.
