PAC code
Hello I want a PAC code. I keep sending PAC to 65075 but the reply is same

Did you ever get your pac code as its happened to me and I'm waiting on them to fix it as it my account?
Sometimes you have to add your birthdate so it would be pac01/01/1901 replace dates with own date.

We are forum members and not Smarty Staff, so we cannot sort the issue for you directly.
So have you logged onto your account and tried online, or contacted customer service?
