Hi I’ve been sending a txt too 65075 with my Dob but just keep getting a reply that says
We received a switching request for this number which didn't pass our authentication checks. Please check the request and try again or log in to your account at https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard and contact us via web chat.
can someone help please my reception is just terrible and I need to leave smarty unfortunately

The date of birth given doesn’t match that of the account holder. You need to speak to support and will likely have to provide them with iD if their records don’t match your own.

I have tried to leave they will not give me PAC code they say error
