PAC code delays

I logged a complaint yesterday before my first livechat. They have stated that I would get a response in 7 days.
The issue I have is that the PAC code has an expiration date and it is a number I have had for 25 years and I do don’t want to lose it.
DylanCr_3433935 I believe that PAC codes expire if not used after 30 days.
