Out of plan add on not working
I an currently on holiday in Vietnam having traveled from the UK.
I purchased an out of plan add on which worked up in Hanoi, it ran out so I purchased another one and having traveled down to de nang I can not get a mobile signal.
Any help please.
RichardHu_91642 If the [purchase of the add in does not show on your account, then it is possible that it did not go through at the time. I assume that money has also not left your bank account.

Does the new add on show on your account dashboard?
Vietnamobile is my local network but it just asks me to sign in, but takes me to the smarty login page, if which I am already signed in.
As for the add on showing, no it doesn't, I don't know why when I have an email confirming. I feel my holiday is nearly over and I have not being able to enjoy it for lack of network. I don't think I will be staying with smarty.
