Out of data
Hi all, just joined last week and it’s a small tariff, didn’t think I’d use much, half way through it in a week 🤦🏻♂️ if I swap plans, will it go from now or will I have to wait till next billing month? Thanks
Hello PhilJon_2113590 You can only swap plans once the current one finishes after a month. If you need data, then you can purchase a data add-on. Please see : https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/951971-need-extra-data-on-top-of-your-plan-allowance
Be sure not to allow auto-renewal of the SAME plan - change it first.
With 5G, it's easy to use a load of data quickly. I went to the SpeedTest app for a check this morning and it used 600Mb on 5G data.
