only got 40GB

i switched my plan to the £10 plan last month for the 80GB but i have only got 40GB

    Lukefowler777​ Was that on special offer at the time? Did Smarty Support give it to you as a promotion?

    currently that offer isn't on the website and it has reverted to 40Gb for £10, so that may be the reason. A web chat with them may sort it out for you.
