Only Getting Incoming Calls
Hi, I have my new Smarty Sim in my phone, with my new PAC Number, but I can only receive incoming calls. Outbound calls "sorry cant connect call" So I'm wondering have I ordered the wrong Sim, have I ordered Data Only. I go to Dashboard, it tells me I have a Sim but not what type of Sim. Or is it my Android Samsung Phone that needs settings changing? I go on a road trip in Uk next week and really need a phone. I'm 70yo and this is all a bit confusing. Any help would be great, thanks. PS the Sim I'm using is 2G for £4.50.

StevenP_3066945 Have you looked at the Dashboard for the type of plan?
The only plan with 2Gb that I can see is the 2Gb for £5 data only - if you purchased that within a group, it would be £4.50.
