Old sim to new sim
I came from a different SIM company. I switched to Smarty and chose an eSIM. I entered my PAC code and my old number details, but when I activated the eSIM, it showed a different number and a new SIM. Why did this happen? I want to keep my old number when switching SIMs.

ShahTaw_4132541 Before your number is ported across to Smarty, your sim is allocated a temporary random number so that you have service. When your number ports, your account will show the correct number.
