Can you confirm if my sim is working, when will the number change to my old number?

Once you have given the PAC code to Smarty and they have started the process, then, as Chalkychap says, you will be notified.
Also, your ported number should show on your dashboard when you log in.
Your phone may not pick up the change automatically and so you may need to change the 'My Number' setting.
That will depend on when you gave your PAC to SMARTY NigelSt_1902647.
Do you remember the date and time you gave your PAC to SMARTY?
You'd normally get an email message from SMARTY confirming the mobile number switching to SMARTY.
