Number reverted after six months
After six months using my smarty phone, it reverted to the original sim phone number, so my calls are going to a dead number, not the number I transferred to smarty six months ago and have been using. What’s going on?

I have the same problem. My phone has reverted to an old number and I can't use my smarty number. There seems to be no option doing it online. I am currently travelling overseas. Is there any way to rectify this for people travelling overseas? Thanks
