Number Port
EE have held up my number port to Smarty, I have just manged to sort this out will EE. Will Smarty need a new PAC number, How do inform them that the delay by EE has been rectified.

AgnesCa_3287681 When you obtain a PAC, it is good for 30 days before expiring. So, depends when you gave that number to Smarty to some extent.
However, if you gave the PAC to Smarty and it was accepted into the system as being valid, there really isn't a reason why it should not be actioned.
