Notifications are only working on WiFi but not on mobile data
I've been having this issue for the past few weeks, my notifications aren't coming through on my phone unless I'm connected to the WiFi even though my mobile data it turn on. All my settings are the same as before this started happening. Is there a fix to this?

I have got it to work by turning off battery and data saver! Don't know why it's different with SMARTY worked fine with previous SIM
I had the same problem. It was caused by Smarty turning off permissions to view Adult content. Issue resolved when I re-enabled adult content in the App.
I had to prove I was over 18 by paying a pound via a credit card? Odd as I had recently joined Smarty and use a credit card to pay my recurring bill!
Is this happening in multiple locations, or just in one place? If only one place, have you checked the Network status to see if there is any local mast issue?
