No Service
I have been a Smarty Customer since February 2026.
Since that time I have had two days access to calls and text.
Up until yesterday I had no issue with mobile data.
Mother's Day data stopped completely and I was automatically logged out of the Smarty App.
I do not have WiFi at home so rely on my phone to keep in contact with people.
It is unsatisfactory for me to pay for a unlimited plan but not get that service.
I do not know how you will contact me as I am no longer connected to the internet.

TaibatC_3755114​ This is the Community Forum and you are not contacting smarty directly, so they are unlikely to respond to your post.
As you have successfully posted here, you must either have access to wifi or else mobile data.
It would be an idea to do a Coverage Check and also a Network Status Check for your postcode to see if there are any issues known.
