No Mobile Data
Only Wi-Fi connection in Southern Spain. Pretty sure APN setting is as instructed. Calls fine but internet and WhatsApp not working unless via Wi-Fi

will try this - reckon basic issue is quality of 4G coverage. My iPhone11 cannot handle 5G.
BarrieM_3310392 It may be down to the exact spot where you are. I have certainly roamed in S., Spain with no problems before.
Quite possible, or the available service providers that Smarty can use. Just sat outside a bar - I was offered Movistar, Orange or Vodafone - no internet. My wife, dirtying across from me has perfect Wi-Fi via O2/Telefonica. Coverage maps show strong 5G coverage plus satisfactory 4G
