No mobile data since 29 October in Swindon SN2 and SN3 area

When I finished work on 29 Oct, I noticed I had a phone signal but no mobile data, after it had been working fine during the day. I rebooted my phone just in case, but issue remained. When I got home I checked the Network Status Checker and it reported "we're fixing an issue in this area".

It's now two days later and it's still not fixed for this area, nor my work area SN3, as still no mobile data at the office all day yesterday, but the checker reports my parents' SN5 post code that is less than two miles away from me is working fine.

Is work being done to resolve this? All my years with Three and SMARTY I've experienced the odd outage, but never one that lasted this long.

The service checker still says there's an issue in the area, so I'll wait it out.

We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.

We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.

No mobile data at all since 19:00 on 29 October, just an exclamation mark icon in its place. I didn't notice exactly when it dropped out during that day, but it was working normally in the morning.

MarkyPancake By no mobile data, do you mean that you see the 4G/5G icon in your status bar but your pages load slowly, or the icon just outright does not appear? If you see signal bars but pages load slowly, it might be a capacity issue. If they are working on nearby cell towers, I would assume that other cell towers are forced to handle more users than they normally would, so it slows down for everyone.

There have been many reports in this community of works over the past couple of months that disrupt service for a couple of days (potentially upgrades), it might take a couple more days.
