No joy
I have now added someone to my group plan but I am unable to use phone as there is a message that says ‘not registered on network’
I have been through all the usual steps, switching on/off etc, sim has been activated but the phone does not work. Anyone got any suggestions?

I could not make/receive calls on my mobile
Have just replaced the sim card and reactivated (I think) but still not making calls.
Is my sim activated? and if so how do I rectify the calling problem?
