no internet
hi i am in RG31 area. i have no internet. i had unlimited data. i have used 100gb. suddenly to it stopped working. i added an add on fir 1 gb to try...but still no internet.
is there a problem in the area. i checked the status and there was no problems.
please help. thankyou

jsiengi_3289245 If everything was working and your account shows a live smarty plan with data available, then you need to web chat with Smarty Support for them to investigate (if you say that Network Status indicates no problem)
