New sim unlimited package cant rimg or text anyone or use data
( sorry you have not been given access to this service) that's all I get when I try to ring out my texts won't send and unlimited data but doesn't work!? This is madness! Had this new sim for over 18 hours and not been able to do anything apart from sit around speaking to the unfriendly Web chat people haha I knew it had to be to good to be true for the price! I'll never be a cheap git again 🖕🏻😡😑🥱🤣🙄🤷♂️😔

Perhaps there's a network fault in your area SamNayl_2318894.
Check online at https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker/.
SMARTY is a 3G network and requires a 3G compatible handset. By 2025 you'll need a 4G compatible handset, earlier in some areas.
nope no network problem apparently
Been told I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours again 🙄🤷♂️
