New SIM new number , put £12 on and it still is not up and running
My old number ended in 81 has gone got a new SIM and number and a new phone , same email ad

If there's a problem, then you will need to web chat with Smarty Support for them to investigate your account.

Sorry, but you're going to have to provide us with a bit more information than just 'it still not up and running' and one line of text in broken English.
Support via chat isn't in real time unfortunately. Hopefully your service will be up and running sooner rather than later. 🙂
