New phone
Have put my smarty sim into new phone and it's not working, any ideas what I am doing wrong please

If you’re unable to access the internet &/or make a call/text then try a network reset.

Jillian_3016192 First thing to check is the you definitely put the SIM card in the correct way.
Also assuming that the phone is brand new and not an old one that was previously locked to another network.
Is it a UK model? Some foreign models may not work on our frequencies.
