New eSIM

I see Smarty now do eSIM. Have p tried to change my SIM card to eSIM on my iPad Mini 6 but the code they sent dont seem to work and its more than the 4 digit code the say.

Any help would be grateful.

    DarrenN As this is all a bit new, there's not that much experience out in the Community.

    If you have experienced a problem, why not web chat with Smarty Support who should be able to sort it for you?

      Have managed to get it all sorted after a web chat with support. Was on there for nearly 30mins before they sorted it s out for me I did loss network for a short while before I used web chat. iPad Mini 6 is now back on network and the same plane as I had before and now using eSIM.

        DarrenN  Glad it has worked out then. I guess 30mins is relatively short time given how busy things must be in Smarty Central!

    Their FAQ says "along with your confirmation code from your SMARTY Dashboard". I went to my dashboard and saw no such thing.
