NEW customer today! my phone will not connect to any other Mobile please could you help

I would also recommend ensuring that you're using the correct SIM card. If you ordered a SIM online, you will have received two SIMs. The extra SIM is a "bonus SIM" intended for someone else you may want to invite to join SMARTY. ELAINET_2549405 It can take a little while for your sim to activate.
Your dashboard should show the new number allocated to the sim plus details of the Smarty plan you bought.
It often helps to turn phone off then on again to encourage the sim to register to the network.
