New customer. Sim not working
My Smarty Sim isn’t working in my 4G router. Why? I bought this sim as a backup to my broadband as it’s intermittent at the moment. I have put the sim in my 4G router but it says no Internet? Have I wasted my money?

SamPeel_4081524 Have you checked the settings on your router so that it is attempting to connect to the right place? APN should be set to. mob.asm.net
Is the router definitely unlocked to any network?
