Never activated sim but been charged for service
Hi there can someone help me iv just cancelled my direct debit that I wasn't aware of I was paying for the last 7 months
Tried to activate sim but couldn't get it to work so I went back to my old provider I have only just realised I was being charged can someone contact me as I would like my money back thank ypu

**bleep** marvellous £10 a month no SIM no service. We need account details ! Ha ha ha. 8f had such information I would not need the help. Support team are so hands off.

It does not have the ability to do anything.
Smarty are the best SIM service as long as all goes well but when things go well but any anomaly you screwed. But when it is going off the rail, your on your own.
DONT BUY SIM from smarts. I was a customer for yes 10/10
But if you have a issue your stone walled.
Giff Gaff is easy and cheap. I tried to get back to smarty still. But bott help turns you into wife beater with frustration.

Smarty don't allow you to pay by direct debit, so are you sure these payments actually have anything to do with Smarty?
If they are not direct debit payments but recurring card payments, and they are actually for Smarty, it sounds like you did indeed activate your SIM, you just didn't realise it. Didn't you get an email from Smarty each month confirming that your plan had renewed?
