Hi all.
Getting frustrated. Is the Smarty network down in East London. I've had no service yesterday or today so far. Entered 2 postcodes (home/City of London) and status says "fixing an issue" but no further updates. Not really acceptable and the Chat service is poor.
I've restarted, toggled airplane mode on/off and still can't make or receive calls. Help...
AsifZabb_294962 If they are fixing an issue, then this will be 3 network fixing the masts.
If they are not exactly sure what was wrong with it, then they couldn't tell you when it would be repaired - don't forget that Smarty do not operate the masts either.
If the mast is down, whatever you do to your phones unlikely to make a signal appear.
Why is it 'not acceptable'? Do you not have anything that has ever broken down? These things happen.
