Network coverage

I have moved location and from downlaod speeds of 50 to 60 gb its  now gone to 5 gb max. I checked network coverage and its saying engineers are working on it but that's been 2 month now any help or anything I can do to improve the services my self. Got hold of smarty team they've said  the issue be fixed in April. Don't really wanna switch services as happy with Smarty but will have to if don't improve any time soon its been 2 month now any help be appreciated thanks.
