This has started to happen to me randomly over the past few days. Sometimes moving the phone around fixes it bizarrely, in one or two cases I've had to restart the phone. Turning airplane mode on and off never seems to fix the issue. I noticed on one occasion when I used wifi on a different network then turned it off and reverted to mobile data it happened then as well. Fortunately it's only occasional and doesn't last long.
