my sim is not working

I ordered a replacement sim because I lost my phone.

I have activated the sim but cannot make or recive calls.

    Heather_4045794​ Does it show as Active on your account dashboard?

    Have you had a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check that there is no. other problem?
