Calls go straight to VM

Hi- How do I stop my phone from going straight to voicemail?

    TimRedfe_124921​ Did you check that you have not accidentally forwarded all calls to vm in your settings?

    I am having the same problem. I have just tried turning off "Live voicemail" in the Apps for phone which was recommended elsewhere here. I'll update if that doesn't work.
