My SIM card does not work.I received confirmation of my old number, but the card does not work

Hi OlenaMo_1975283 . Can you give a little more info please?
Did you activate a sim with a Smarty plan and then transfer in your number by using the PAC code from your old network?
One thing to remember - the transfers go through normally on the next business day after the request (which also needs to be on a business day - If you ordered the move on Tuesday morning this week, it should have completed by 5pm on Wednesday this week.

MaryamA_2720842 Check your account dashboard to see if it shows the activated sim mobile number and a Smarty plan.
If not, then contact Support Team via web chat.

I have paid for a plan and I put the sim card in my phone activated it online and it said within 2 hours well this was 10 hours ago and it still is not working
