My phone's activated
My 3g phone is not activated they have give me a different number that's not the one that's associated with this device please can anyone help I've tried everything to try getting the SIM working on my phone that is 3g network.

Hi MarkLap_2022033 . When you activate sim, you are allocated a random number (not your own). You need to then request a PAC code from your old network and can use it (it expires after 30 days) to port your number across to Smarty.
