My number hasnt transferred on my phone
Hello I have new smarty sim and i have done the PAC from my old phone company on the portal it says my number has changed, however on my phone it hasnt, the settings on my phone wont let me change the number. how can i get my old number??

LucyJon_1762290 Do a Network Reset and that should work. Your phone has stuck on the original number allocated to the sim.
