My number being spoofed
My number appears to be being spoofed. Multiple people are contacting me saying they've received scam/spam calls from my number, but I haven't made these calls. How can I check my account/SIM and see whether there is any suspicious activity?

Sanaakh_ I think the problem is that the scammers will get hold of a number from somewhere and then make their calls appear to come from that number.
Unfortunately, I don't think that there is much that you can do other than to request a new number from Smarty Support. http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
As an extra precaution, if you are concerned that someone may have got into your account, you could change the password on a regular basis.
