my next payment plan not showing correctly
my next payment plan not showing correctly says im on previous plan but smarty have took £20 for the unlimited but not reset app to show this instead showing previous plan which was £6 ,is there a time on reset day that the app updates ?

Could be a simple fix of logging out of your online account or the Smarty app, and logging back in ...See if that updates to the current plan...If not, start a webchat with Smarty.

no that didnt work but bank account shows they took £20 out on renew
