My mobile number I need this new phone to be a different number, but I don't have a pac number
HelenTe_3240701 If you do not have a PAC to bring in a number from a previous network, then you can have a web chat with Smarty Support and ask them to allocate a new number to your current sim.
You should explain to them why you need to change number e.g. is someone harassing you?
