Morning, still no signal
Since signing up, I have had no signal, who do i talk to, any ideas?
any help would be appreciated

chrisco_4148689 Firstly, log in and check that your Account Dashboard shows an active sim and a current Smarty plan:

Next, do a Coverage check to ensure that you should expect a signal where you are:

Next, do a Network Status check to look for any local mast issues -

It may be worth putting your sim in another phone if possible to exclude phone issues.
