MOBILE SHUT DOWN
I purchased a mobile and from day 1 it shut's itself down, you have to restart it. I thought it was something I was doing as I am not very Tech Savy. 3 months in and its getting worse shutting down 5/6 times a day and this morning the screen was blurred for a while. I am very disappointed as I don't have much money and splashed out as my old mobile was on its last legs. Can I get a new mobile? Thanks Amanda

You can certainly buy a new mobile and insert your Smarty sim in it.
If the mobile you purchased was new, it will be under some warranty and you should return it to the seller if you can show it is faulty.
