Missing referral email

So I had a successful referral email and selected the rewards as the Amazon voucher, everything was fine but the email with the reward didn’t arrive, now smarty want every single piece of information about my friends account email address and phone number to look into what went wrong, well they  have all my details and can find all of his details from that referral, I don’t have his details to give plus it’s totally unethical to give out other people’s email addresses and phone numbers, they are saying they cannot proceed with my issue without the information so basically refusing to payout my reward

seems like a good scam to get people to sign up on the believe the referee gets a reward
