Lost phone
Hi
My partner and I both have Smarty Sims/ account but not in a Group. He has lost or has his phone stolen abroad but would like to keep his current Smarty number. He is unable to log into his Smarty account because he has forgotten his password and his Gmail account is locked due to several passwords attempts (legitimately)- hence why this post is from my Smarty account.
Ok here's the request - can he get a replacement SIM through my account and keep his current number?

IngridA_3118094 Unfortunately, that won't work. He needs a web chat with Smarty Support and perhaps they can verify his identity by some other means and then send him a Replacement Sim with the same mobile number for him to activate.

When I click the Web chat link it doesn't open a dialogue box, just straight to articles 😕
