The chat starts with a bot, but you should get the opportunity to move to an agent. The agents will not normally answer straight away as they can be busy - you may need to come back to the chat.
They pause the plan and tell to get in contact using chat services, there is no internet you have paused it and then when I find a spot and in WiFi come to do what you reccomend after taking money, that’s contact you via chat. You have no chat displayed. Either you are diabolical or think the customer it’s stupid. In any case this gives reasons to believe that you are unfair and dishonest

If you go to http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact you should be able to start the chat and then get to an agent who can look into your problem.
