Hi YulianK, please would Smarty consider adding links to Casey's so-called "help" article here: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/10922324-an-sms-shortcode-service-is-trying-to-message-you
E.g. where it says "You can find their details here" and "You can check our shortcode checker".
Please also consider how ridiculous it is for us to have to buy an add-on in order to opt out by replying STOP.
