Landline messages, when I try to phone someone I get the message last line not available

DavidWo_3225799 From experience, this seems to happen sometimes with numbers that are internet based rather than traditional land lines.

If you try again later it usually connects. Don't know why it happens, but I suspect it is an issue with mobile connecting to landline system which in turn connects to internet based system.
